Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS)
ICLS at CareTeam Home
We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and inclusion whether at home or in the community. Our Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS) program provides personalized assistance to help seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain independence while staying engaged in meaningful daily activities.
What Is Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS)?
ICLS is a comprehensive, person-centered service designed to support individuals with daily living activities, decision-making, and community participation. Unlike traditional in-home care, ICLS focuses on helping clients gain skills, build confidence, and enhance independence in both home and community settings.
This service is especially valuable for individuals who want to live in their own homes or apartments while receiving just the right amount of support to remain safe, healthy, and connected.
