Based on that, we develop a personalized care plan and recommend services that best match those needs whether that’s periodic support, overnight monitoring, full-time care, or a combination of services.

In many cases, we have stand-by staff all ready to begin services of the initial consultation and assessment, depending on staff availability and the level of care needed. For urgent or emergency needs, please contact us directly so we can expedite the process.

Yes. All caregivers, aides, and staff undergo thorough screening, background checks, reference verification, and training. We also provide ongoing supervision, continuing education, and quality audits to ensure high standards of care.

Coverage depends on your plan, location, and eligibility. We work with various insurance programs, Medicaid waivers, long-term care insurance, and veterans’ benefits. Our team can help you explore what your insurance will cover, assist with paperwork, and guide you through approval processes.

Typically, we do not require long-term contracts. You can use our services for as long or short a period as needed, based on the care plan. If changes are necessary, we discuss them with you and adjust the schedule or service mix accordingly.
