What Is Individualized Home Supports (IHS)?
Individualized Home Supports (IHS) are services delivered in a person’s home or community setting to provide assistance, guidance, and skill-building in daily living. Unlike general caregiving, IHS is tailored to each person’s strengths and needs, ensuring they receive the right level of support to achieve greater independence.
Our IHS services include:
Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Support with household tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
Guidance with money management and budgeting
Encouragement and assistance in community activities
Coaching in social and communication skills
Health and safety monitoring to promote well-being
Who Can Benefit From IHS?
