Individualized Home Supports (IHS) With Training
Compassionate Support for Independence and Growth
We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive in the comfort of their own home and community. Our Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with Training program is designed to help individuals with disabilities build essential life skills, increase independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. Through tailored training and compassionate care, we empower individuals to reach their personal goals while supporting caregivers and families.
What Is IHS With Training?
Individualized Home Supports with Training provides hands-on instruction and guidance in a person’s home or community setting. Unlike traditional care that focuses mainly on supervision or assistance, IHS with Training emphasizes teaching skills that foster independence and self-reliance.
Our trained staff works directly with each individual to develop and strengthen skills in areas such as:
Personal care routines (e.g., hygiene, dressing, and grooming)
Household management (e.g., cooking, cleaning, and laundry)
Money management and budgeting
Social interaction and relationship-building
Community navigation and participation
Health and safety awareness
